Time flies way too fast these days, and i cannot believe that it's going to be 2014 in 10 days time! 2013 was such a roller-coaster ride kind of year for me, it is filled with laughter, and tears, both sad & happy tears. Alrighty, so i always wanted to post recipes on my blog, but being me, i always forgot to take pictures of the whole process, and sometimes if i did, i always procrastinate and ended up not even posting it. So today, i made creampuffs! This is my second attempt at making creampuffs. I failed miserably the first time i make them but alhamdulillah this time, it turns out perfect and everyone loves it! So lets get to it! So to make the pastry, or pate de choux (yup, im being fancy here),  you'll be needing : 1 cup water 1/2 cup margerine/butter 1 cup of all purpose flour 4 eggs 1/2 teaspoon of salt (do not add any salt if using margerine) Right, so first of all, place butter/margerine together with water in a pot. Then heat until it reaches a gentle boil. Then reduce and heat and add in the flour all at once. Now here comes the workout part. Stir the mixture vigorously until it forms a ball. Assalamualaikum!  How is your school holiday so far? Right, since i've no idea on what to post, id say how bout i tell you a lil sumthin So we flew to Jakarta on Thursday. We usually would go there with AirAsia but we took Garuda Airlines this time. I had to say i prefer Garuda even more because the food is pretty awesome, the FA's are all nice and its comfy compared to AirAsia where the only choice of food is Maggi and their FA's are so kerek and grumpy. We took a morning plane so we arrived there early, 10 am if im not mistaken. Then we went straight to Tebet to get my sister's wedding card which is super duper cute! :D After that we went straight to our apartment. We stayed at Medditeranean apartment, near to Anggrek Mall. I know, it's been quite some time since i last posted on my blog. I've been super duper busy with everything! From being a good student (NOT), to sister's wedding stuffs, camps, this & that! and i'm gonna be even busier next 2 months because you know, it's that time of the year (final exam) Gee i've never been so stressed! Well i have a confession, I (sort of) regret taking science stream at the first place. I mean, i want to be a pastry chef and what does science have to do with pastry, right? I mean i can totally stand biology & chemistry (super fun) but not physics. And our exam week is sooooo long. It's painful seeing those kids jumping around because their exam is over but then there's me holding a stack of my beloved science related books. It has been a week without you here abang. I wonder if he knows how much that i miss him. But it's okay, knowing the fact that Allah loves you more is enough. It happened so fast. 7.30pm, Sunday, on father's day. 2 days before they both passed away, i swear they look so normal. Friday, 2 days before the accident happened, we went out, whole family along with izzat to the gardens because my dad said he wanted to do some shopping for him and for abang, imraan my bro and izzat. We had a great time. After that, my father said he wanted to go to somewhere else so me, my mum, along, imraan, abang and izzat had our dinner at this shitty restaurant.
