Hey there everyone! How are yall doing? First of all, Selamat Hari Raya. So as all of you might have known, i went back to my kampung in Terengganu for raya. We went for 6 days. I just got home yesterday. So let me tell you a little bit about my kampung trip this year. 25th July We left the house at 11am. It was an 8 hour trip so it was pretty exhausting. We stopped only twice and thats it. We arrived during Maghrib and then iftar. After that we went to our obligatory trip to Zul ikan bakar. Damn son, i was thinking about it the whole the and the moment it went into my mouth, heavenly. We didn't sleep at kampung this year since there are no room for all of us so my parents booked a guest house that was near to our kampung. 26th July We went back to kampung at 4am for sahur. I cannot believe the fact that theres 3 more days till hari raya. I'm not really hyped about raya tho. Since my brother's and my cousin's death, im not really looking forward to raya, and since spm trial is around the corner, where got can raya sakan, kan? We would play karipap, polis & penjahat, go to ikan bakar and air tapar with once jam-packed van, go to pantai bukit keluang. Time flies way too fast these days, and i cannot believe that it's going to be 2014 in 10 days time! 2013 was such a roller-coaster ride kind of year for me, it is filled with laughter, and tears, both sad & happy tears. A lot of wonderful things happened this year. My sister's marriage and all. It was so much fun! And not to mention my nephew/niece is on the way! Its definitely one of the best memories of 2013. My brother & my older sister also got engaged this year hihi! This family kept on growing and growing! Alrighty, so i always wanted to post recipes on my blog, but being me, i always forgot to take pictures of the whole process, and sometimes if i did, i always procrastinate and ended up not even posting it. So today, i made creampuffs! This is my second attempt at making creampuffs. I failed miserably the first time i make them but alhamdulillah this time, it turns out perfect and everyone loves it! So lets get to it! So to make the pastry, or pate de choux (yup, im being fancy here),  you'll be needing : 1 cup water 1/2 cup margerine/butter 1 cup of all purpose flour 4 eggs 1/2 teaspoon of salt (do not add any salt if using margerine) Right, so first of all, place butter/margerine together with water in a pot. Then heat until it reaches a gentle boil. Then reduce and heat and add in the flour all at once. Now here comes the workout part. Stir the mixture vigorously until it forms a ball.
